- Client: University of New Hampshire, Climate Change Research Center, Appledore
Island, Maine
Project: Designed and currently assisting in the installation
of a remote wind power system for an island located off the coast of Maine.
This project requires the installation of a self sufficient wind turbine to
power climate monitoring equipment with minimal maintenance and oversight for
long durations during winter months.
- Client: Cornell University, Shoals Marine Laboratory, Appledore Island,
Maine
Project: Designed power distribution system to tie wind power energy system and
photovoltaic solar electric system into existing island power grid.
- Client: Ogunquit Playhouse, Ogunquit, Maine
Project: Redesigned the electrical distribution system to
incorporate new stage lighting technology, allow for year round operation and
allow for continued growth in the following years. Additionally, this project
had strict time constraints to support completion of construction prior to
opening for the season. The redesign of the 208/120 VAC, 3 phase power
distribution system included upgrading the 400 amp service to a 2000 amp
service, installation of a new 1000KVA pad mount transformer and installation
of 3 new lighting dimmer racks.

Project: Moody Commons Convenience Store & Gas Station. Provided the complete electrical systems design for permitting and new construction of a convenience store & gas station in Wells, Maine. The design included electrical distribution and lighting.
- Client: Cheney Companies, Newmarket, NH
Project: Apartment Buildings located in Newmarket, NH.
Each apartment building contains 36 apartments for a total of 72 apartments. Provided
complete electrical system design for the permitting and construction of
apartment buildings.

Project: Dr. Parsi Dental
Center & Offices, Epping, NH. Provided the design for power distribution,
lighting, safety alarms and communication systems for the new construction of a
two story dental office.
- Client: Driver-Ryan Architects, Portsmouth, NH
Project: Childlight Montessori School, Berwick,
Maine. Designing electrical, plumbing & mechanical engineering
systems to support new construction. Design includes ground source heat pump
and solar thermal heating system.
- Client: Sullivan Tire Distribution Center, West Bridgewater, MA
Project: Designed
a 150KW diesel generator back up system used to supply power to a fire pump in
an emergency (required to bring the building up to current code) and to supply
vital loads during a power outage.

Project: Hewitt Hall, University of New
Hampshire, Durham, NH. Designed electrical, plumbing & mechanical
engineering systems to support renovation project.
